III Project Scheduling: Project Scheduling by PERT and CPM Network
Analysis. Sequencing Theory: General Sequencing problem n-jobs through 2
machines & 3 machines and 2-jobs through m machine.
IV Transform Calculas – Laplace Transform with its simple
properties, applications to the solution of ordinary and partial
differential equation having constant coefficients with special reference
to the wave and diffusion equation. Fourier transforms and solution of
particular differential equation with constant coefficient.
V Numerical Methods – Solution of Algebric and trancedental
equations, interpolation- finite differences, inverse interpolation,
numerical differentiation and integration, numeriacal solution of
