“TO SELL SOMETHING DOESN'T REQUIRE IT TO BE GOOD BUT HOW BETTER IT IS PRESENTED"…. This contest requires tremendous skill and will to outplay your competitors to bag the title of the ‘ad wizard’.
ROUND 1 (ELIMINATION ROUND): LAUNCHING NEW PRODUCT WITH LOGO N TAG LINE
• This is the place where your creativity will work together with your marketing skills for effective launching of a product by creating an advertising model. The ad should contain an original logo and a catch line. Participating teams will be given the product ten minutes before the event. Maximum performance time given to the participating teams will be 3 minutes.
ROUND 2:OBSERVE AND CREATE
• The participant will have to make an advertisement in a different way in which it is already shown. Your creativity, presentation, idea to remix the advertisement etc will be the selection criteria. Preparation time -10 min and presentation time-2+1 min.
ROUND 3: THEME BASED ADVERTISEMENT
• All participants would be given a common theme. Fixed time duration of 15 min will be given for preparation. Content, presentation and theme explanation would be the selection criteria. Presentation time - 3+1 min.
Rules & Regulations:
1. Three to five members per team are allowed.
2. Participants should bring their own stationery.
3. The decision of the jury will be final.
4. Teams exceeding the given time will be negatively marked.
5. No misbehaviour will be tolerated.
6. Teams violating the rules will be disqualified.
7. Campaign should not depict any element of vulgarity.
8. Two full sheets will be provided for the campaign.
9. No props are allowed.
Criteria for judgement:
1. Content
2. Effectiveness of the slogan/depiction of social theme.
3. Creativity in logo/costume design/enactment.
4. Additional points for jingles
