The event will be held in two rounds.

Round1: Collage Making

Theme for collage making is ‘ Our Heritage’

Participants will prepare a collage on the chart provided to them at the spot.

Ø 45 minutes is the allotted time.

Round 2: Mask Painting

A theme will be provided of any smiley and the mask should be prepared thereby depicting the theme.

Ø The allotted time is 45 minutes.

Rules and regulations:

1. Team comprises of two participants only.

2. Two teams per college are allowed.

3. The participants must carry their own colouring material and picture cuttings.

4. The decision of the jury will be final.

1. Effective depiction of theme

2. Use of colours

3. Innovative ideas

4. Neatness
