Rules:

• Prelims will be conducted if required.

• Maximum 2 participants from each college are allowed.

• The event will be conducted in two batches, each of 10 students.

• Each batch will be provided 10 minutes to speak.

• Topics will be allotted on the spot.

• Judges’ decision will be considered as final.

• Topics will be on current issues.
