A short status of the passing out batch (2009) is mentioned below -
A total of 313 students will be passing out in this session (by May 2009).
Branch wise breakup of these students is – Computer Engineering: 101, Information Technology: 98, Electronics & Communication: 112 & Electrical Engineering: 39.
Approx. 62% of students secured more then 70 % marks, 36 % students secured between 60-70% marks and less then 2% of students were below 60 % slab.
All the inducted students at BMIT undergo a professionally tailor made communication skills enhancement program vocational module designed by leading management firm IMS.
All students in general, Computer & IT students in particular are trained in all the latest technology platforms like Advanced JAVA, web technologies & .NET to name a few.

Branch wise breakup of these students is – Computer Engineering: 65, Information Technology: 73, Electronics & Communication: 73 & Electrical Engineering: 35.
Approx. 65% of students secured more then 70 % marks, 32 % students secured between 60-70% marks and less then 3% of students were below 60 % slab.
All the inducted students at BMIT have already undergone a professionally tailor made communication skills enhancement program by professional personnel.

As regard the earlier recruitments by leading IT companies, BMITians have been recruited by all major IT and other recruiters. Some of the major recruiters of the 2007, 2008 and 2009 batches include IBM, Satyam, Oracle, I-Flex, Hexaware, Wipro, HCL, Syntel, Infosys, L & T Infotech, Birlasoft, Mastek etc.
